Ballingarry win U16 South final
The first half started with Moyle Rover getting on the score sheet. Ballingarry hit back with a goal and two points in quick succession with the goal coming from Gerard Fitzgerald. At half time Moyle Rovers held a slender lead of 1.5 to Ballingarrys 1.4.
The second half started with Ballingarry registering four points without reply. Moyle Rovers opened their account in the second half after fifteen minutes to play the teams were level, but two frees from Ballingarry gave them the advantage with seconds to play. A Moyle Rovers 65 was batted over the bar when the final whistle blew. Ballingarry played well all over the field and won the vital duals. Final score, Ballingarry 1.11, Moyle Rovers 1.10
